The Holding Company & Group Head Office is owned and managed by Africa Cubed Technologies (Pty) Ltd, trading as ACAP, which is an acronym for both profit generating African Capital aspect of the enterprise and the core media and marketing philosophies captured in the complementary Africa Cubed & Africa Positive strategies of its founders.

The title ACAP as brand contains the core business assets of the brand, which have been evolving and expanding since 1970. These largely consist of the intellectual properties, business and development methodologies, databases, a global support network of likeminded leaders, mobilization and media/marketing strategies and multimedia assets & strategic alliances developed by the Founder and Publishing Editor, Ted Sceales over 40 years – in collaboration with hundreds of likeminded leaders in all economic sectors in numerous organizations and countries.
